Since its foundation in 1988, Procainsa SA has stood out as a leading consultancy in Cathodic Protection and Integrity Management. Over the years, we have provided services in various sectors, including Oil&Gas, marine, petrochemical and storage tank farms. Our experience extends to regions such as Europe, North Africa and South America.
Our technical team is highly trained and certified by NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers), guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and professionalism in each project.
In addition, we specialise in DCVG (Direct Current Voltage Gradient) coating inspections, as well as in high-performance earthing systems and lightning arresters.
At Procainsa SA, we are committed to complying with the strictest quality standards. Our organisation has external certifications in the Quality Management System under the ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, ensuring excellence in each of our services.

Commitment to Quality and Safety
Since its foundation in 1988, PROCAINSA, S.A. has been dedicated to the design, manufacture, installation, control and monitoring of cathodic corrosion protection systems, earthing systems and electro-atmospheric discharge protection systems (lightning rods).
At PROCAINSA we recognise the importance of quality and OSH (Occupational Health and Safety), therefore we are committed to establishing and developing an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Standards. With this commitment, we seek to achieve the following general principles and objectives:
- To increase the satisfaction of our customers, adapting our Quality and OSH objectives, processes, products and services to their present and future needs.
- To meet the requirements offered to customers, consolidating their confidence in our organisation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements affecting our activities and other subscribed requirements.
- Select suppliers, subcontractors and partners taking into account quality and safety criteria.
- Taking into account the satisfaction, well-being and suggestions of our employees, as well as clarity and confidentiality with our customers.
- Analyse the expectations of all stakeholders of our IMS and take the necessary measures to achieve them.
- Analyse risks and opportunities related to our activities and take action accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Eliminate hazards and reduce OSH risks.
- Consider the prevention and correction of problems as a priority objective, including the prevention of harm and deterioration of health.
- To ensure the safety of all workers and provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health impairment.
- To train and motivate all personnel in order to achieve their participation and commitment in the development and improvement of the Quality and OSH System within the Organisation, constantly adapting to new technologies through continuous training.
- Effectively allocate roles and responsibilities for each job.
- To deal appropriately with non-conformities and/or incidents in order to achieve the greatest satisfaction of our customers.
- Maintain the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and equipment to adapt our services to the requirements of our customers.
- To promote the consultation and participation of workers and collaborators in the development of initiatives to achieve continuous improvement, as well as to promote their behaviour in the fulfilment of quality commitments and the prevention of illnesses and harm to people.
The objectives established on the basis of this Quality and OSH Policy are periodically reviewed by PROCAINSA‘s Management.
